Had a great work out today. I did legs and abs and did some inclined walking on the treadmill. I feel I’m making progress. Had some sweat dropping down. Was always told if you aren’t sweating you’re wasting your time.

It's never a waste of time; don't buy into that. If you are on your feet or just plain moving, you're lapping everybody on the couch. Sweating does clean out some toxins, though. Just pay attention to how you feel. 'Squat until you vomit' is not healthy, no matter its adherents.
