I don't think I feel any different than I have at any time over the past couple of years, yet I'm a lot lighter on my feet than I have been in a long time. I can walk the 3/4 mile from my office to the main campus without getting out of breath, even though these days I have different kinds of worry. I go up and down stairs without thinking, once again. It is an immense relief to be without the extra weight I've been carrying.

I think there has been alot of changes in your life..and even though you don't feel different in your mind..at least your body feels different..and thats a good thing..I remember one time my aunt of the age of 80 said she still thinks the same as when she was 20 but her body thinks other wise..enjoy your day...:O)
