So I'm feeling like I'm getting back in control and back on the right path to losing again. I was in a little rut where I started dating someone new and we would go out often, usually with drinking involved. Now that him and I are in a more stable place in our relationship, the drinking has slowed down and the activity level has increased. Now that the weather is also cooperating, we have more chances to do fun, active things rather than drink. The alcohol was adding to my waistline mostly by just causing me to be super lazy and eat only comfort food the next day. Now I'm more adament about not drinking and it shows. I hope to continue on this path... My weight has gone up a tad over the past couple of days, but I think that has more to do with working out and strengthening muscles. I hope!
