Every evening before bed, I record goals. The following morning, I begin recording and the date/weight go at the top.
I plan on taking to my doctor. My friends go to vegan nutritionists and Ayurvedic practitioners but I plan on going to my M.D. and engaging him in proactive goal-setting.
I'll show him my progress which is amazing. I'll also show him that I'm eating no junk, no crap and don't ever go hungry. I'll ask advice about proteins and increasing calories so my body doesn't read my current (as of a month)caloric intake as starving.
The form isn't perfect but it's really about discipline and awareness. I'm really engaged and happy to be proactive, most especially since I can read the real-life situations of others. We all come at this from different angles and it's really encouraging to be in good company.
