Didn't do cardio today--but did walking checking out special needs schools for my youngest---the school we decided on has a pool and was SOOOO warm, steamy and SOOO inviting--I wanted to jump right in on the spot!LOL
Have to do the MAJOR grocery shopping later and will be hefting all the bags and putting away---so cardio for tomorrow...feel so dang guilty though...
