I had a great day today! Walked for a good 25 minutes. Wasn't much but, it happened. I had pancakes, a salad, a vegan cupcake & chai tea, spaghetti w/ mushroom, peppers, and tomatoes, and lots of water.
Water is easy for me. I drink all the time naturally. Always conscious of it. I'm okay with my food but I want to become a pro at nutrition. Must devise a plan beside food logging..
I need to start running. It's a personal goal of mine. I think I'll get a scale tomorrow to influence me.
So glad I'm still dropping weight. When I add exercise I'm sure it will be even better!
