I am home from another trip to Sacramento. Whew! It was a good conference with very inspiring speakers. One of the speakers lost everything in Hurricane Harvey. WOW! I don't have to do any traveling in the near future until maybe 2018 so I am ready to get in and concentrate on me again. One of my memories on FB popped up the other day and it was the day I ran the half marathon, 3 years ago. I want to be in that shape again. so I charged up my stationary bike batteries and am ready to hit it. Let's go!
