I do the raised arm circles, punches and twists while I walk along with five other ones. I wear two pound wrist weights. I do both strength and cardio at the same time. Works for me. But, I do it slow so I don't get all "revved" up.

@mal I started doing some leg lifts, donkey kicks and squats, kettle bell swings through out the day and I am seeing improvements already! a good place to do leg lifts is in the bathroom every time you use the potty, 15 to the side and 15 to the back for each leg, by the end of the day you can easily do a fair amount! it is not fair to be a female, it seems like the breasts and butt shrink first when dieting. I also do a few squats here and there through out the day, they add up quickly!
