I'm determined to so this. Instead of stress eating I'm exercising. I got myself a kettlebell since I can't fo to the gym right now. Lors this is the first time I can say it feels good to be this sore. On top of working out I turned the music up while I was cleaning this weekend and danced around the house for hours. I don't know what hurts worse my arms or legs. But I feel good. Have a good day FS family.

That dancing and cleaning is no joke. I scrubbed my bathroom this weekend, moved couches and did floors and I could really feel it Sunday morning when I woke up. lol. It's better today, but never underestimate the amount of work chores take out of you. :) Have a good day!
