Yeah, Please let me know about that Tummy tuck thing, Trust me I have extra skin in that area, THE TUMMY, It needs to go away, if I was younger maybe a quick yes, older It might not be that big of deal,!!! 

I too agree with thsiun you already have an amazing figure. You do what is right for you and most of all what makes you feel special when you look in the mirror. Good luck Jenibeann.

I never thought it would bother me as much as it does, I'm very grateful for the way I look compared to before, but I'd LOVE to be rid of all the remains of what I've hated for sooo long. 

@thomas thank you 😊 @184 I plan to work with a very reputable surgeon! @DonOk I always say, at almost 40 I'm not trying to be a supermodel, but I'd love to see a flat tummy when I look down!!

Thank you glen! I don't have many pics that show my entire body. Never took many pics of myself before so it's all kinda new to me,but this one certainly shows my tummy AND while sitting!!😂😂

I have been reading more about fasting and skin elasticity. I'm not sure what to think yet but most of the writings come from Dr. Jason Fung. He is a nephrologist and has a weight loss blog. In a video he says he has never referred anyone to body sculpting after large weight loss - he uses fasting instead. Hmmm, I ordered his book - I will have to research some more. 

Hmmm, looks like I'm going to be researching a lot, if I can avoid surgery, I'll do anything! 

Me too, they say the recovery process is painful and they usually do it in different operations and insurance usually doesn't cover it. my doc says the leading body sculpture person in US is here in Pittsburgh but he diidn't mention a name.
