If you know where your going, look online to see if they have a menu and choose what you will have before your go. Most places have a couple of healthy dishes and if not, you can ask to have your food cooked in a certain way. Sometimes I will get a side salad (dressing on the side) with shrimp cocktail. You can also get a box at the beginning of the meal and put half in straight away. Split an entree with someone. There are ways of eating out in moderation and still be able to lose and enjoy yourself. If you can, get in a workout.
