A few Days ago I decided to make a twist on "mock" mashed taters made from cauliflower; I had a recipe for this but it didn't feel like mashed taters, so I changed up the recipe and added sour cream and a small amount of almond flour (Which is an approved low carb flour ) then I added finely chopped onions. Perfect. I then made them into patties and baked them. I am happy to say that even my daughter loved them and she is not a fan of my so called weird in her words healthier cooking. BAM I have done it again. As the " A Team " guy use to say "I love it when a plan comes together". blessings for your day.
