I actually sat down and took out my P90X last night, I went through the first two DVD, chest & back and plyo, I like it. Recently I hurt my left shoulder so I lower my weight when doing upper body weight training. Yoga is helpful, I used to skip it but as I get older, I learn to appreciate it. Bakasana?! Ouch... just by looking at and thinking about it, lol.
