Last night I did the "farmers" workout. I held boxes over my head for minutes at a time for my husband to put peaches in since he was on the ladder. I climbed up and down the retaining wall I don't know how many times, carried support braces and put them in a pile, unloaded the truck, loaded the truck, and threw rotten apples out of the orchard.
You get the picture. I fell once so I am a little sore today but not bad. We have one more preach tree to harvest and the plum tree will be soon. It is loaded with plums so I guess I will be back to canning.
Today I have a lunch meeting with my boss and then back to school night for one of my preschools. I am so excited to be in the support role this year.
