The weight is a good result, as was the aggregate score last night! Just a question to throw out there (I don't know the definitive answer, maybe someone else does) - don't the instructions of some %fat monitor scales recommend you don't weight first thing in the morning as water 'pools' in your body overnight and skews the reading? Don't they say you should move around a bit before checking? (OK that was two questions). I don't have these scales so don't know from experience but I am thinking of buying some but prefer to weight first thing before I eat or drink anything so maybe it wouldn't be worth spending on them. Anyone out there know?

Well done willie Phooka.. I weigh and do % body fat every morning.. get up, for bliss and load washing machine and dishwasher. Put out washing/load tumble, go to the loo, then weigh. Seems to work ok( there are minor fluctuations, by my scales also measures % body water and muscle mass

@Phooka. I can't answer your questions, but I'm fairly sure my set recommends dry feet as it uses a small electrical signal to measure resistance and come up with a BF%.
