I consumed 78% of my RDI today, the day i actually recorded everything i ate! and exceeded my calories burned by 500 calories, im eating for almost 2 of me... i see this, my brain sees this, my pants recognise this too.... so why oh why can i not get my motivation back????

summer must start so i can eat salad again. this wind and cold is not helping my plight in any way!!

Something I've started doing recently, was to prep my food for the whole day in advance. And then put out times when they'll be eaten. If you make a salad in advance, and you're hungry - you'll eat it when the time comes. So the food prep helps me to consume only what is needed and nothing more. I sure hope this can help you a bit. I know you're not asking for advice - I just want to help you 'cause it really seems like u're struggling a bit :-(

My friend looking at your carb count I'm pretty certain your insulin is all over the place. That would drive anybody to food and more food...never mind the cold weather. I know I'll sound like Mother Hen saying this and yes I could probably get away with it because I'm older than most here; but sometimes the only way to "tame the beast" is by not feeding it. I think after all our chats you will know what I mean ;-)
