Day 52- I have dropped a lot weight in the past few days, I have also been home for the past 4 days. I think I am not eating enough when on the road and my magic # seems to be around 1500 cals. Another thing is I have been a lot more 'regular' for the past few days. I can tell some of the cloths I wear are getting baggy, but I am not ready to start buying new cloths yet..... I have also decided, once I hit my goal of 200 on this scale, I will get a new scale and reset my goal (I know my scale is off by at leat 3-5lbs).
BTW, this is the lowest I have weighed in 9yrs!!!!!! 8-9 yrs ago, I did get this scale to read 199 ONCE!
