one of my work colleagues found a photo of me, from a couple of years ago, prior to my weightloss, & no one could believe it was me. It was such a good feeling to get those nice comments.
It was the boost i needed to get on track & stay on track during the holidays. I have started to let go a little & put back on about 2.5kgs not good.
As i said i got the boost i needed i have put the photo on the fridge so i will see it every time i go near it.
