Don't get me wrong, I still like eggs but just not 6 or more a day! It's easy to prepare and bring to work. When I get home, I can make my meal in 5 minutes. Vegan omelet sounds yummy! Maybe after our 3 day fast!

I hear about the egg fast and it reminds me of "Cool Hand Luke." Blea! I might get brave and try it sometime, but I don't know....

@horseshu, it's extremely filling, you feel full all the time. Sometimes I have to force myself to down 6 eggs because that's the minimum. I am not a cook and don't spend time in the kitchen, i know there're many egg fast recipes out there but I'm too lazy. So to make it easier for me, I added plenty of hot sauce to mask the egg taste. Lol. @april, i guess i had already started, I am going to stick to my time zone and weigh myself the same time every day. Good luck to us all!
