WOW! Mission accomplished! Finally reach this goal of 165 lb. Started at 233 lb, 213 lb, 200 lb (a milestone) then 180 lb. It took about 1.5 year to go from 180 lb to 165 lb, going up and down in between and doubting the exercise/diet routine. But then, did not quit, just kept going. Will try to maintain this weight for a few months and my next target is 150 lb.
