I went camping over the weekend. I'm exhausted! In diet news, I bought a book about the Specific Carbohydrate Diet called Breaking the Viscous Cycle. It cuts out any saccharide chain molecules and allows monosacharaide carbohydrates (no grains or table sugar, but fruit, honey, and certain beans are okay). I'm in the research phase, but I'll keep you informed. And I'll start logging again today. :) No electricity over the weekend.
