I am so darn frustrated. This day made reflect on why I am doing what I am doing. This diet is really really frustrating. Felt so weak the entire day. Argh. Maybe I shouldn't continue?

I find that I cant follow a pre-made diet. I have to just adapt my diet. I have basically upped my fruit and vegetables and switched to wholegrains and I feel so much better. I dont have cravings or feel weak. My skin has improved too. You need to find something that works for you. Maybe you can write up a typical day's food intake (before dieting) and we can just suggest some changes or food swaps?? Sometimes when you radically change your diet you will feel weak at first. Your body is thinking "WOAH!". So you either stick it through and it will get better, or you adapt your own diet. Its up to you.

white or wholemeal?? while wholemeal gets some getting use to, once you have swapped you will lose your cravings for bread. Thats what happened to me!

Bread is the reason i couldnt stick to a diet like atkins or south beach.

Hang in there! Your cravings for bread really will go away if you give it some time. I was a carb and sugar queen. I loved bread, cookies, ice cream etc. While I still enjoy those things I don't crave them and instead of eating a whole pint of ice cream, I am satisfied after a few bites. I was really weak yesterday too, but just stay focused on your goal :)
