With my diet strategy my weight swings wildy. first couple of weeks I was discouraged till I made my 2 lb/week target and tracked weight along side. I felt I would lose too much muscle and or risk metabolic issues if I tried for 3 lb/week and 1/ week is too slow for me right now. Can't wait to be under 200 lb....its around the corner.
