I could do a quick 48 - 60 hr one starting last night at 7 PM. You game?  

That's the spirit! I'm thinking alternate date fasting or do a 24 hrs once a week.

DONE!!!!! 12 hrs in the bag. No solid foods will pass these lips until Tomorrow night or even possibly longer. Jeni and I are fasting, Jeni and I are fasting. Fasting, Fasting the weight goes down!

I'm continuing for another couple of days from the 3 day fast that started on Sunday.

Good night to you Jenibeann and Daughter? Doing well and better every day....I stay here at FS.. Don't know much about fasting. I do intermittent fasting (IF) of 16/8 or 12/12. That type you can do continuous.
