Good Morning and Happy Monday!

It's been a while since I have journaled... maybe a week! Wow, I've been super busy with work lately and I have decided to begin grad school so... enuf said right? LOL, just wanted to check in and let you know that all is going well. I even lost 3 pounds (yes, I had a minor scale relapse but I am getting better, lol) I am going to do my measurements today... see if the inches I 'think' I lost are really gone.

So, I have this arsenal of work out DVD's at home... everything from Chalene Johnsons's Cardio Jam to P90X and Windsor Pilates, and Jilian Michaels 30 Day Shred... I gotta put these things to good use... crank up my workout. I will be honest and say that I am terrified of P90X! TERRIFIED!! But all I can do is try right? No one will be in my living room to witness my attempt but me and GOD! I bought it well over a year ago and have not even opened it, just scurred, lol! But who knows, maybe I am more ready for it than I think I am... Pray for me! I will keep you posted!

P.S. Going to Vegas with my sweetheart in June... I want to be under 200 pounds. I'm 219 right now, you think I can do it? Here's to trying my darndest!
