Today's weigh-in gave me tears in my eyes, because I couldn't believe the number I was seeing -- 225.0 -- a number I have not seen in oh, probably 15 or so years! I had to take several looks, stepping off and stepping back on again for it to really sink in. OMG....it really finally happening.
Now, the key will be to not get all cocky and big-headed and decide that I can have a "treat" for working so hard. Well, let me take that back, I CAN have a treat for doing so well -- just NOT food!! Noper nopity nope.
Today will be batch cooking to get me through the work-week! On my way, yes, I am on my way -- BECAUSE I AM WORTH IT!!!!
