Well....took a real break from here for a while! I am still plugging along, mostly. Discovered that I had mis-calculated the end time of my class by TEN DAYS...been really really busy playing catch up with assignments, but got it all done. That's the good news.

The bad news is that after a 15-day perfect eating streak, I lost my mind and ate like a never heard of Paleo before. And I paid dearly for it in the end. Sigh. After a week of eating everything under the sun that I shouldn't have been eating? I felt like I was going to die, and I even missed some work...gosh, when WILL I learn.

Back on track now, but why is this the story of my life? I need to reason out why I sabotage myself all the time. Time to go deep and figure why the hell I can't say with something that I **know** is best for me and my issues.

Thought of something funny today: when people ask what diet plan I am doing, I am going to start telling them that I am on the J.E.R.F. diet: just eat real food, lol. Because, basically, that about sums it up...
