Have come to the conclusion that I have to increase my calories but need to do it without increasing the fat content too much. Not sure I want to find out what the top limit is.

Probably need to get up to at least 1200-1400 calories per day and am lucky if I get half that right now. Losing weight has been good, but I've known that I'm not getting enough on the 'intake' to maintain this good health my new Dr says I have.. (all except the pancreas, that is-lol)

So, back to the drawing board and back to google.
