Judy, the nails! The bling is a temporary band till I'm done losing weight so I can have them resized!! 

@Jenibeann - my wedding ring keeps flying off my finger too!!!! I told my husband when I'm at my goal weight I want a new one! :D Forget re-size....It's almost 25 years so I can ask for a new one....hehehe 

Believe it or not, I've been married for 20 years!! Maybe, it's time for a new one as well!!! Thanks for the idea mlakhatch!! 

WTG Jenibeann, you are doing good. Those nails are beautiful too btw. I had my first ring re-sized when I lost a lot of weight a long time ago, now I can only wear it on my little finger. LOL I don't think it is just the extra weight, but as we age, our knuckles get bigger and since I am OLD, lol, My fingers are that way. I have been married, on this coming Sunday, 46 yrs. So get a new ring if you are able. A new one will be just as precious as the first one, as long as Hubby buys it for you. Good luck in that downward spiral, You are doing so good, I am envious. But I too will get there too, I have only been doing down this path for the past three weeks and I plan on staying on this path, for the rest of my life.  

I actually treated myself today with the same thing, to celebrate my full week of keeping track and keeping good macros. I'm retiring that pleasure center
