J and I went to see some local comics at a cidery last night. It was fun! I had a flight of cider and some were deliciously dry, one was dry hopped -- yum! I also had a tamale which won't please you corn haters, but didn't bother my stomach. 😁 I took milk thistle, vitamin c and ACV to offset my fun, and it seems to have worked! Down today, system moving smoothly, and no apparent bloating or inflammation. 👊🏻
