Exercised for the first time in awhile yesterday. 20 min. cardio and weight lifting. Still going slightly over my points everyday though!! Im not giving up though.

If you're exercising then you can add bonus points... so you may not indirectly be going over your points, if you're not currently adding them. Just keep that positive attitude though and it will be worth it in the end. :o)

That is why we have the extra 35 pts every week. Look at how well you have done since May! 45 pounds in 6 months is incredible! Think of all the times your New Year's Resolution was to lose weight. Well, in 2007 you ACTUALLY DID IT!!!
