Stepped on the scale this morning after eating eggs and cheese, I know bad thing, and it said 200.0. One pound up. The eggs helped and I did eat on Monday a grilled pimento cheese sandwich that was probably more than what I logged and also ate the same thing yesterday for lunch. I will not go back to bad habits and need to get back on track.

I know that falling back into the old WOE is so easy. I threw out all my offenders (sweets and breads) and I avoid the bread and cereal aisle in the supermarket as best I can. Unfortunately the bakery is very close to the produce section! I'm buying berries out the wazoo to avoid my old nemesis, Sugar. New WOE, new BODY.
