Here are my 5 mins. I can't believe it's already Thurs. It's almost time for ice cream and sweet pot again. Yay for that. This will be a busy weekend. We are celebrating M's birthday on Sat and Im going to make a cake for him. Then Monday will be busy with treetop adventures. It should be fun. Today I feel kinda "blah" even though I had a nice easy 6 mile run. I felt tired but also felt good. I think it was easy enough to be a recovery workout and feeling more energetic tomorrow. Im sure Im out of carbs for the week also. Ill feel better after CN on Sat. Looks like a great weekend and will be great whatever I do.
