I thik it is great that you are using a smart approach to losing weight--and getting some support from others in the "same boat". Be gentle with yourself and learn to "cheat" safely--portion-controlled Smarties are a good way to do it! Losing weight is incredibly hard--especially when you do it the slower, safer way (as opposed to crash dieting and other crazy stuff!)--but you really have an opportunity to develop some good habits now to carry you into adulthood. I hope I don't sound too much like a teacher or a mom (but I am both :)!)--this is more from someone who has struggled with weight since I was about 8 or 9 years old. You go girl!!!!
