I’m down a pound, I’m happy with that. Even better is that my weight was exactly the same on my scale at home and at 2 different doctor offices this morning! That’s never happened to me, seems like the doctor’s scales always add on 5 pounds.

I’m not doing great with my food/calorie tracking. Basically if it’s not something that’s already in my favorites or easy to find, I don’t track it. Not a good thing, but I am still conscious of what I eat, usually. Weekends are hard. I work 50-60ish hours a week and the weekends are really my only chance to unwind. Sometimes (not always) that involves food or alcohol. I need to find more time to exercise. The weather has been perfect lately and I need to get out walking.

I made surrogacy progress this morning by getting some paperwork filled out by my midwife. I've officially been cleared to get pregnant! I’m pretty excited.
