Do you ever have those days at work where you wonder what you accomplished considering the pile on your desk? Trying to figure out the frustration? Feeling overwhelmed? Yep that's my day. I'm trying to sort it out. You see just about a year ago we hired a new Executive director and she does things way different than the last one. I feel sometimes like I am playing chess, but we are on the same team. However with all of that frustration, that I know we will work out, I did not over eat or resort to eating junk food. Yay me!
