Well I made it at last. The challenge now is to keep it off. The last Kilo was tough. I have made all the arrangements to have a breast reduction operation in August something I have wanted to do all my adult life. I still have a bit of a tummy but at 60 years old I can cope with that. Do I feel better about myself? You bet I do. I have no heartburn and can walk up the stairs at work without losing breath. I can try on clothes with confidence (except for the boobs) and sleep so much better too. I will stay a member of Fat Secret for the diet tips and companionship. Yaaaaayyyy me .
