Today has been a good day. I have a good swim and it put me in a good frame of mind. I might even plan to swim again tomorrow morning. I want 2 good recovery days to get my legs fully recovered. I stopped caffeine at 10 am. That's a new improvement. Going to try to do that this week and see if anything changes with my sleep. I've tried it before and felt really lethargic in the afternoon but I didn't notice any change today. I'm going to do yoga when I get home or walk, not sure. Something easy breezy.
