Not sure why I got so bad again... 20 pounds more than when I looked and felt the best and that was 2 years ago. My clothes are tight and not happy with how I look and feel... time to get motivated again. Started Max30 today, will walk in the afternoon and use Fatsecret to watch my intake. Hitting 50 was HARD and now I need to get back to healthy again.
