Well today was just a wash. I was so hungry I couldn't get enough food. And worse was I only wanted carbs. I went way over on calories (over by 800 cal), but I did still worked out, which offset some.
I figure I have 2 ways to look at this. Let is keep throwing me off, or just let it go. Tomorrow is a new day. My healthy lunch is pack and I'll be back on track with a cardio & weight training workout tomorrow night.
No sense in feeling guilty. That'll just make it worse.
