I lost another 5 lbs!

I've gotten lazy with recording my food, but not with sticking to my diet. The only issue is my appetite isn't big anymore and I end up eating way less. It must be all the protein. My carb AND calorie intake is substantially less. I consume no more than 20 net carbs rather than pushing 25 and my calories are below 1600 and not over 2000. The weight keeps coming off.

I bought more clothes. I finally bought myself leggings. They are a godsend! I may end up buying running shoes because I want to start incorporating more exercise. I think I'll do a mix of Jillian Michaels, Leslie Sansone, and my Kinect games.


I hope everyone is sticking to their diet and exercise programs.
