The neighbors dog that chose us and guarded our house and me so well has gone on to doggy heaven. I am really sad about that. I will miss her very much. I think our other pets know as well because they are not their normal selves today either. =(
Today is our monthly pot luck at work, this month's theme is Hawaiian BBQ. Sounds yummy, hope there is some good protein in there somewhere.
For 2 days in a row now I have rode my bike. The quads are hurting less now and as I stepped on the scale this morning I am down a pound from Sunday's weigh in. Here's hoping!
