Like most in the country, it's unseasonable cold here....below freezing last night and will be again tonight.
Tried to take the dogs walking yesterday but DH and I got halfway through the first loop and decided we'd rather wait for warmer weather, so we only got .8 miles in. Today is my day off and we'll see what's in store for tomorrow as it will be even colder tonight. Tuesday AM should be warmer but I have an early AM commitment, so any walking might end up being when the rain is supposed to arrive! Well....enough excuses....I WILL find some sort of exercise to do if I can't get the dogs out walking tomorrow and Tuesday.
WOE going better. I feel like a great big ol' ship that needs to turn around and it seemingly takes FOREVER to adjust course! My intra-day weigh-ins look fairly good today, so I've been opting for better food choices, even though I'm really hungry and want EVERYTHING in sight. I just have to be strong and push on through this phase and eventually it will all turn out fine. Easier said than done, however.
