Feeling really good about today. Been managing to keep my calories under 1,000 a day. Today I had some barbecued chicken with ranch, a couple cups of milk, a diet soda, and some water. Planning on weighing myself by the end of the week on Saturday or Sunday. I really hope I'll be atleast 190 pounds. I'm hoping for the best! I want to get my reward (I reward myself for every 10 pounds I lose). Wish me luck! Goodnight
