A bit cooler than I'd like this AM, so opted to do other household things rather than walking and work in a Stairmaster and an XBox workout.
Stairmaster gave me 177 calories burned but HRM gave me 330....I used the SM amount. So, when the HRM gave me 254 burned with my XBox workout, I entered 127 instead (half the amount).
I really do like the XBox adventures. Maybe it's too kid-like or not sophisticated enough for some, but I just get into it and enjoy myself which makes the time go fast. Must be the inner kid in me....
Anyway, got lots of errands to get done this afternoon, so gotta get to it!
