So I suppose I should introduce myself since I'm new here.

My name is Laura and I've always been chubby. I'm 163cm tall and I've dieted before on my own terms back at the end of high school and managed to go from 173lbs down to 140lbs but that was a good four years ago. I then got into my program in college and with a stressful design environment over four years I ballooned up to 185 lbs which was more than I had been originally. I've been on a diet for a month on my own terms and dropped back down to 173 and now I've joined weight watchers hoping to see some better results on the old points system.
