OMG! Either the scales were very wrong yesturday OR Ive lost nearly 3 pounds overnight! Omg who would have thought cutting back to 1000 calories and 6 and half hours gardening could do that! I know 1000 too low but it given me that boost to start afresh have a good day all x laney!
