I'm a little down today. It's my own fault and my own thing, I know. It's a vicious cycle kind of thing.
My weight has gone up instead of down so I'm craving chocolate.
Naturally, the only thing in the house that's chocolate are the low carb bars that I am 100% sure are what's reversing the weight loss.
So I eat one. And this morning, it looks like I am up yet another pound.
Great.
I know that it doesn't happen that quickly but that doesn't really make me feel better about it.

Well, at least the low carb bars are gone now. I'm going to look over my food journal from the period of time that I was losing weight and just go with that. Whole food is always going to be better than a bar, no matter how low carb or vitamin enriched.

No breakfast today, just couldn't do it.

Whole food is best. Too bad it isn't always convenient, right? You'll get it figured out. I don't know if you like seaweed, but I find if I eat it it gets rid of my chocolate cravings, must be some mineral I am lacking. I eat sushi wrappers plain, I just tear pieces off, or I toast Dulse in a pan for a couple seconds, kinda crunchy. It is low carb and has lots of minerals. Anyway, thought it might help.

I hadn't even thought about seaweed - I have a a whole package of it in my cupboard. I need to go pick up some dulse too. Thanks for the suggestions!
