I generally make the lunches we are going to eat for the week on Sunday afternoon/evenings. It makes it easier to navigate the week with one less thing to deal with. It also helps me to choose wisely food wise. Well tonight I made homemade pizza. Now before anyone goes crazy about that, almost everything that goes on or in it comes from our little homestead. I have to say it smelled so good and I was hungry so I ate one piece tonight. I just have to say that is an awesome pizza. hehe
