Long day today. 12 hours gone from the house but finally home. I will have about 35 nets carbs today. A little over my standard 20 but not by too much. Dragon boat was there today. Hubby's team didn't do great but they did try. I did overeat some but it was veggies. Nothing off my woe, just a wee bit more than normal. I drank about a dozen bottles of water, a bai (2net carbs), and 2 beers. The high today was 93 here so water was needed. I am sore and tired and may go to sleep early tonight.
